Incendiary Training Services is led by Afton Johnson, a dedicated fitness professional and self-defense instructor from New Orleans. A survivor of domestic violence, Afton turned her pain into purpose, helping others reclaim their strength and confidence. Since 2015, she has trained law enforcement, abuse survivors, and individuals seeking personal safety. With a deep commitment to empowering vulnerable communities, Incendiary Training Services provides expert guidance, equipping clients with the skills they need to stay strong, secure, and prepared for anything.
