“Stones in the road? I save every single one , and one day I’ll build a castle. ” – Fernando Pessoa
Reigned by the Percys – the Duke of Northumberland’s family for the last 700 years, the Alnwick Castle is one of the largest inhabited castles of England. It boasts of an impressive art collection and majestic State Rooms, truly this castle is an architectural wonder.
